About this agenda

This agenda collects events automatically from public sources. The main source is the Gemeenteblad: every Dutch municipality publishes event permits and small-event notifications there, often weeks to months ahead. That's how the village fair, the street market and the funfair show up here before anywhere else.

The text of those notices is turned into a title, date, place, category and audience by rules and, where needed, a language model. That sometimes goes wrong, so always check the source listed under each event.

Add your own event

Use the submission form. Submitted events get their own page with poster, description and link, and are marked as “provided by the organiser”.

Get updates

Via Get updates you receive an overview every Thursday by email or WhatsApp. Every municipality page also has a calendar feed (iCalendar) for Google, Apple or Outlook, and an RSS feed.

Privacy

We never copy names, phone numbers or email addresses of private individuals. Private parties (birthdays, weddings, street barbecues) are hidden automatically. Something on this site that shouldn't be here? Email agenda@ihnatov.nl and we remove it.
